Safety
Do not post illegal, dangerous, or prohibited tasks.
Report urgent safety concerns immediately.
Do not attempt to move communication off-platform solely to avoid verification, payment records, or dispute support when platform protections apply.
Verification and trust
Do not misrepresent licences, insurance, identity, reviews, or completed jobs.
Badges and trust signals must reflect real checks completed on TaskAid.
Attempting to bypass verification may result in account suspension.
Reviews
Reviews must relate to genuine completed task activity on TaskAid.
No fake, incentivised, retaliatory, or misleading reviews.
We may remove reviews that breach these standards.
Enforcement
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that breach these standards.
Serious or repeated breaches may be referred for legal or law-enforcement action where appropriate.
